Do you need an appointment?Appointments are appreciated . We want the bride to have the proper amount of time and our personal attention to help in finding the perfect wedding gow.
How long does it take to order a gown?
Wedding gowns generally take 4-6 months. Bridesmaids gowns take on average 12-14 weeks. Rushes are available at an additional charge if necessary.
How does bridal sizing work?
Wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses generally run small from standard sizing. For that reason sizes are ordered based on each designers size chart.
Do you offer alterations?
We do have an expert staff available for in-store alterations.
Do you allow photos?
We do not allow photos or videos during bridal appointments. Pictures may be taken upon the purchase of a gown.
What is your return or cancellation policy?
All sales are final including special orders and stock purchases. Deposits are non-refundable.
